Louis "Lou" Bloom (Jake Gyllenhaal) makes money stolen from construction sites of Los Angeles. Inspired by an amateur film crew shooting he sees the footage of the car accident, she acquires video camera and a radio scanner and ran the violent accidents and crimes to a local TV station sold.
